DELIVERY POLICY
In case of having interest in any of our excellent products, please email or contact us prior to purchasing for a delivery quote.
Please include product description, quantity, suburb, postcode, and a contact number.
Emails are usually replied within usual trading hours. In case of urgency please contact us on the given number.
* We do have policy of same day delivery on particular condition that products are purchased and paid in full and we have receipt/received funds.
It takes approximately 2-6 working days to deliver to the major metropolitan/city areas.
It takes approximately 3-12 working days to deliver to QLD, VIC, SA, WA, NT, TAS and some regional/remote areas.
As our freight is organised by third party therefore, our freight company does not deliver items to unattended address, Parcel Lockers/PO Boxes. It is your responsibility as buyer to make sure someone is available to attend to delivery. In case of failure of doing so, re-delivery charges will apply and time frame may vary.
Please be advised, unless otherwise arranged with BUILDIUM CONSTRUCTION & DIY SUPPLIES, the charge of delivery is on the condition that yourself or someone on behalf of you will be available to sign for goods upon delivery and to assist the driver unload large/bulky and heavy items.
All deliveries are unloaded only to the main entrance of the building/house/business. Unrestricted and open hazard free access is required as part of OHS.
No damaged/missing item claims accepted after 48 hours of goods received.
In the case of no one being available on time of delivery, an extra charge will need to be paid for prior to re-delivering the freight.
We reserve all the rights to change our policy at any time without any prior notice.
